Spring is just around the corner and with it the exciting time of trade shows and exhibitions! Today we are pleased to present our latest innovation: the new indexing plunger with chamfered pin. In addition, we would like to inform you about an extension to our range of magnets.

NEW  Indexing Plungers GN 824 with Chamfered Pin
 
Indexing plungers GN 824 have a plunger pin with square cross-section, a latching surface on one side and a chamfer on the other. When the object to be secured moves towards the chamfer, the plunger pin is pushed back into the guide, allowing grooves and edges to pass over the pin. The latching can be released by pulling the knob.
 
Type C / CK indexing plungers with rest position are used for applications when the plunger pin is temporarily not to engage. In that case, the knob is retracted and afterwards turned by 90°. A notch keeps the plunger in this position.

NEW  Retaining Magnets and Holding Disks in Hygienic Design
 
GN 5080 Combi
Retaining magnets GN 5080 and GN 5090 are designed for use in hygienic areas. The sealed screw-on surface enables mounting without dead spaces; the impervious geometry in combination with the high quality finish prevents dirt from accumulating and facilitates cleaning.
 
Holding disks GN 7080 and GN 7090 are used as counterparts for retaining magnets when these are used in combination with non-magnetic materials or when the holding force needs to be increased due to thin material.
