NEW Snap Latches GN 449.5

Snap latches GN 449.5 combine the function of a gripping tray with that of a snap latch to provide an easy way to keep doors, covers and hoods closed.

Once the mounting hole has been drilled, the housing is inserted into the hole in the door body when actuated and the mounting ring is pushed on from behind. The housing and mounting ring are connected with two supplied pan head screws.

NEW Locking Pin with Axial Lock

Ganter is expanding its range: in addition to the locking pins with axial lock and round knob, there are now also variants with L- or T-handles - both in steel and stainless steel.

Locking pins GN 114.7 / GN 114.8 / GN 114.11 / GN 114.12 with axial lock are used to quickly fix, connect and secure various components. Typically, they are used as bearing bolts that have to be frequently assembled and disassembled.

Automation of the Clamping Action

Ganter offers a large selection of pneumatically operated clamps, power clamps and swing clamps. They differ primarily in terms of their clamping principle, size, ease of operation and holding force.
Pneumatically operated toggle clamps: These clamps are technically identical to manual toggle clamps, except that the clamping mechanism is actuated by a pneumatic cylinder.
Power clamps: These pneumatically operated clamps feature a high clamping force together with compact dimensions.
Swing clamps: These pneumatically operated clamps are used when the clamping point must be freely accessible for inserting and removing the workpiece. The clamping action is divided into a swinging movement of the clamping arm and a linear clamping motion.
