NEW Compact Special-Screws for Mechanical Engineering

In demanding industrial and mechanical engineering applications, fastening solutions are required that can withstand high loads and also work in confined spaces. The new screw solutions from Ganter fulfill these requirements with specific advantages:

1. Cap Screws with Loss Protection: GN 7045. 2 and GN 7984. 2
Thanks to a special thin shank, these screws guarantee captive assembly in accordance with the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC. This feature is particularly advantageous in safety-relevant areas where the risk of loose or lost fasteners must be minimised.

2. Space-Saving Solutions: GN 7984. 3, GN 14580. 5 and GN 912. 3
These screws are characterized by a low head and/or a reduced head diameter. This allows them to be used even with minimal edge clearance, making them ideal for confined installation situations.

3. Precise Clamping with Eccentric Clamping Screws: GN 418. 3
These eccentric clamping screws utilize an eccentric design to clamp workpieces precisely and securely. This not only enables reliable fastening, but also increases flexibility and efficiency in assembly processes.
